Youth and Children's Worker appointed!
We are delighted to announce that following our recruitment weekend to meet and interview a candidate for the post of Children and Youth Worker, the unanimous decision of the interview panel to appoint Andy Malcolm was overwhelmingly supported by the church family. Andy, and his wife Lisa, will therefore join us over the summer when they find somewhere to live and we look forward to welcoming them as Andy takes on this key role. Andy has recently graduated from Moorlands College with a degree in Applied Theology (clever chap) and is a qualified Youth Worker with a broad experience of youth work in many settings - but has anything really prepared him for what he will find here?!! We are holding an induction service at the church at 4pm on Sunday 12th September.
